ICCK Eagles Player Pathway

This Is Not an Open Tryout.

ICCK Eagles operates a structured football pathway. This application screens for readiness, commitment, and alignment with our standards.

Begin Eligibility Screening
This is not a guarantee of trials.

Most clubs run open trials. We don’t.

ICCK Eagles filters players before trials to protect:

  • Training standards
  • Player development
  • Competitive integrity

If you are selected for trials, it’s because you met the baseline — not because you signed up early.

Standards are built before anyone arrives.

Good players feel invited. Wrong players feel filtered.

This pathway is for players who:

  • Can train 3–5 times per week
  • Are available for structured sessions
  • Are serious about development, not exposure
  • Understand selection is earned, not explained

If that feels demanding, this may not be the right environment for you.

Single player sitting after training

Calm confidence. Quiet discipline. No entitlement.

Clarity, not promises.

  • 1. Eligibility Screening — basic requirements, availability, football profile.
  • 2. Review — applications assessed internally. No public feedback.
  • 3. Trial Invitation — only shortlisted players are contacted.
  • 4. Assessment Period — training-based evaluation over time — not one session.

We assess habits, not highlights.
